Buying a Home

I understand that there are many realtors to choose from when beginning the process of searching for a HOME.  What makes me distinctive is I consider my clients true ‘partners in the process’, and spend as much time listening, researching, educating, hand-holding, advocating and caring, as I do showing houses, which is actually the easy part!

I will guide you through this sometimes scary, and often complex emotional and financial process and pledge to never choose the easy way, but always the way that is best for you.

I take great pride in the fact that many of my clients become my personal friends and almost 100 percent of them have referred me to their friends.  That's when you know you are doing it right!

I start the process with a Buyer Profile asking examining questions to find out why my clients are moving and what “home” means to them.  We work together to get the best fit from my Recommended Loan Officers and set a budget they are comfortable with.  After an in depth conversation about Common Closing Costs for Buyers and total monthly payments, we go house hunting.  I am a native Dallasite and have seen many changes to the DFW area in my lifetime.  I use a mix of technology and my knowledge of the area neighborhoods, schools and business climate to help guide my clients to find their version of home that we create together on the very first visit.

By the time we get to the closing table, I have made a friend and hopefully a client for life.  The relationship does not end at closing.  I continually reach out to my clients giving them advice on home decorating, home improvement, protesting tax valuations, and general networking. I continue to receive referrals from other clients regarding contractors, job openings, upcoming events, etc.
